Registration 

Please read the band policies and fill out the form below to sign up for the Mesa Bands Auditions! Auditions are held to help us fit similarly skilled musicians together. Even if you don't feel ready for an auditioned band we encourage you to sign up. 

A few days after registering you will get an email from us with followup information. We will keep you posted on dates/times ect. Please check your spam folder if you don't see an email within a week or registration.  

BAND POLICIES

• Rehearsal Expectations : To make sure rehearsals are run efficiently we will follow the following procedures:

1. We ask that students be ready to play on time.

2. Please be as prepared as possible with your parts

3. Side conversations should be held to a minimum during rehearsals.

4. Students will have their instruments and proper materials needed at rehearsals. (e.g., music, drumsticks, instrument cables.)

• Right to Refuse Service / Recording : Mesa Bands reserves the right to refuse service to any student for any reason. Mesa Bands reserves the right to video/audio record/photograph ensemble performances and rehearsals and share these with the public for promotional and marketing purposes.

• Attendance Policy : We ask that students make their best effort to be at all rehearsals and performances throughout the semester. We understand emergencies, vacations and other activities will occasionally interfere with Mesa Bands. To be as fair as possible to these and other concerns, the following attendance policy will be used for all members of the band.
  
  1. When a student has a planned absence, like in the case of a vacation, please let admin (Tania) know at least a week in advance. This gives us time to plan rehearsals and possible subs for the band, and we can excuse the absence.
  
  2. Members who become ill on the day of a rehearsal or performance should contact admin (Tania) via email or text.

3. We ask that students are punctual so that rehearsal time is maximized.

• Tuition : $65 per month to help cover the cost of instructors, guest artists, rehearsal space, ect. Cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal is accepted.
